GRACIE JIU JITSU

​We are an affiliate school of Master Relson Gracie.  Our Kids Class is for ages 7 to 13, and our Adult Class is for the student ages 14 years and older.

Although Master Relson Gracie's techniques are deeply rooted in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, as taught to him by his father, Grandmaster Helio Gracie, his personal style has focused on “street effective” techniques. As such, he has developed a Jiu-Jitsu designed for defending yourself in a survival situation where there are no rules.

STRIKING MARTIAL ARTS

​Students engage in a comprehensive training regimen that encompasses boxing, sparring, conditioning, and self-defense techniques.

Our Kids Class is for ages 7 to 13, and our Adult Class is for the student ages 14 years and older.

Students not only learn fundamental martial arts skills but also develop discipline, agility, and confidence. Classes blend technique with practical application so students build strength and stamina. 

LAW ENFORCEMENT 

​Defensive Tactics Training provides essential skills for law enforcement, jails, and businesses, and give them the tools they need to stay safe on the job and reduce injuries. 

Phil Clark is a retired Detective with the Kentucky State Police where he was an instructor in defensive tactics as well as a firearms instructor.  

Phil and his instructors hold seminars at his academy and on location.
