We offer a 5,000 square foot training floor with plenty of room to hold two classes at the same time. Our entire floor is covered with 1/2" black mats, and our main floor is also covered with blue Swain Flexi-roll mats.  Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

When not taking class students and parents can work out in our exercise area complete with a Vertimax training system, universal weight training station, benches and free weights, tires, medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, agility ladder, hand pads, heavy bags, jump ropes, dip and pull-up station, and treadmill.

Parents and visitors have the option to sit near the training floor or relax in our seperate carpeted viewing area with free WiFi.

Students and siblings can catch up on homework, read a book, watch a movie, or play air hockey while they wait for their class to begin in our lobby.
